I'm Ben, the person behind SilverbackBen and an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I started my TikTok hoping to find sponsorships for competition. What began as a search for support grew into a different purpose: inspiring and educating people facing challenges of their own.

To me, ‘yet’ means there is still room to learn, adapt and work toward a goal. It is an invitation to take the next step at your own pace, with an approach that fits your circumstances.
